Registered Dietitian, specializing in:
Hi, I’m Sara :)
I’m a Women’s Health Registered Dietitian specializing in fertility, prenatal nutrition, and eating disorder recovery. I’m deeply passionate about helping women optimize their health, reconnect with their bodies, and feel empowered through every stage of life.
My passion for women’s health began during my graduate studies in Nutrition at Queens College, where I was immersed in the science of fertility and the powerful role real, nutrient-dense food plays in supporting healthy pregnancies. I quickly became fascinated by the connection between nutrition, ovulation, pregnancy, and overall well-being. From nourishing foods and supplementation to exercise, stress management, and sleep, I couldn’t stop learning—and I still can’t! To this day, prenatal nutrition finds its way into almost every conversation I have, driven by my desire to bridge the gap in education many women face around their cycles and prenatal health.
Through my work, I’ve helped women regulate their periods, confirm ovulation, and conceive naturally—often after being told medication was their only option. Nutrition can change SO MUCH for the better, and I would be honored to support you on your journey towards a healthy pregnancy.
My dedication to eating disorder recovery was shaped by my clinical experience at The Renfrew Center, where I worked closely with women navigating some of life’s most difficult challenges. Eating disorder recovery requires immense courage, and I am continually inspired by clients who show up—even on the hardest days—ready to heal. My role is to be your cheerleader, guide, and constant support as you move toward food freedom.
How Can I Support You?
Fertility & Infertility Support
If you’ve been trying to conceive for over six months, experiencing recurrent pregnancy loss, or exploring IVF due to unexplained infertility, I can help. Many fertility challenges are influenced by nutrition, lifestyle, and stress—for either partner. Together, we’ll review your labs, diet, lifestyle habits, and stress levels to support your body’s ability to conceive. I've had great success with many clients and hope to lead you to a positive pregnancy test too :)
Menstrual Cycle & Hormone Health
Heavy, light, painful, or irregular periods? I help regulate cycles, confirm ovulation, and reduce cramping using targeted nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and supplements.
PCOS Nutrition
Newly diagnosed and unsure what to eat? I’ll help you navigate PCOS with clarity, balance, and confidence.
Pregnancy Nutrition
Learn how to nourish your body during pregnancy while addressing body image concerns, macro needs, and conditions such as nausea, gestational diabetes and preeclampsia.
Postpartum Nutrition
Support for recovery, energy, milk supply, and healing.
Eating Disorder Recovery - I have an extensive work history in eating disorder treatment. While working for The Renfrew Center, I successfully coached and inspired many women struggling with eating disorders to ultimately find the courage to prepare, cook and enjoy meals and snacks on their own. I take a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach (all foods fit!). Whether you’re in recovery, have a history of disordered eating, or feel stuck in diet culture, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support as part of your healthcare team.
My Approach
I provide individualized medical nutrition therapy tailored to you. By integrating functional nutrition, intuitive eating, and mindfulness-based practices, I help guide you toward sustainable health—one session at a time.
Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, preparing for pregnancy, continuing eating disorder recovery, or seeking a healthier relationship with food, I’m ready to help you discover how to build intuitive eating habits and integrate personalized nutrition skills for life.
I can’t wait to meet you and hear your story,
